The obesity rate in Kansas now tops 35%. It’s now more important than ever for employers to help their employees who are affected by obesity.

During this session we will hear perspectives from two great presenters:

Dr. Angela Fitch, Associate Director of the Massachusetts General Hospital Weight Center and faculty at the Harvard Medical School, will provide an overview of the impacts of obesity (including COVID risk) and different treatment options.

Abbie Ammerman, who leads the Partner Health and Wellness and Pharmacy Benefit Plans for grocery chain H-E-B, will share H-E-B’s experience in addressing obesity in the workplace.
